So kick it off with
Jumping jacks
Then dive in with
Jump rope
Plyometric pushups
Ab cross overs (my name for it)
Lunge Twist
All back to back 45 seconds of each with 5 second rest.
Then one minute rest at the end and DO IT AGAIN!
